Welcome to the Shire! In Tales of the Shire, step into the cozy world of Middle-earth like never before. Weta Workshop developed this Lord of the Rings game that lets players create their own Hobbit, decorate a hobbit-hole and live a peaceful life in Bywater.

Players will cook meals, forage, fish, garden, experience seasonal events and meet iconic characters from Tolkien's world.

Tales of the Shire launched on July 29, 2025 on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and S and Nintendo Switch.
